With the goal of providing an increasingly comprehensive service, ASE | Ciotola has invested in a new slitting and rewinding machine, developed in collaboration with Rotor of Vicenza, a company that has been a leading manufacturer of paper converting and roll-finishing equipment for decades.

This new production line represents another important milestone in our growth strategy and enables us to further enhance the level of service we provide.
In addition to the standard formats that are permanently available from our warehouse in Padua, we are now able to produce custom-made rolls in virtually any width and length, responding quickly and flexibly to each customer’s specific production requirements.
Our in-house slitting capability also allows us to expand our product portfolio, offering not only our most popular self-adhesive materials but also a wider selection of specialty self-adhesive substrates designed for technical applications and niche markets.

The Beginning of a New Chapter
The new production line was delivered in July and, following several weeks dedicated to installation, commissioning, and performance testing, it officially entered production on 5 August 2026.
The first customer orders are already being processed, and we are proud to begin this new chapter in our company’s growth.
